Mr. Cirillo arrives at BMA with extensive experience having held leadership positions in London, Beijing, Boston, and most recently Houston. His work has involved successfully developing policy and curricula in addition to helping strategically guide his schools into exciting phases of development and gain various internationally recognized accreditations. Recently at the British International School of Houston, he helped to develop an exciting curriculum for students gaining praise from the International Baccalaureate. He is also a published author having his IMYC humanities curricula used by schools across the world.
Mr. Cirillo is an advocate of using contemporary pedagogical approaches in helping to shape learning underpinned by providing excellent pastoral care and personalized learning. His passion lies in ensuring that students have a bespoke learning experience both inside and outside of the classroom and acquire the skills needed to flourish in an ever-changing world. He looks forward to helping further promote BMA in the community, and nationally, and to develop opportunities for our students.
Outside of the classroom, Mr. Cirillo is an avid sportsman; as a qualified personal trainer, he regularly visits the gym and plays soccer. Having lived in Boston on arrival to the US he is of course, a Red Sox and Patriots fan!
