Rabbi Yoni Fein became our Head of School in 2017. Coming from the Moriah School in Englewood, NJ, Rabbi Fein served as the Assistant Principal of Judaic Studies & Jewish Life and established himself as a rising star in the field of Jewish Education. He previously won the prestigious Kohelet Prize for Excellence in Differentiated Instruction for his innovative work in bringing personalized learning to Judaic Studies. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Jewish Education and Administration from Yeshiva University, Rabbi Fein was selected by the Avi Chai Foundation as a fellow at the Harvard Graduate School for Education Principal Institute as well as a YU LEAD participant.
Rabbi Fein played a pivotal role in coaching and consulting teachers across the country in utilizing technology and innovative educational models to improve student learning.
Rabbi Fein is passionate about helping every child reach their greatest potential and develop a strong Jewish identity. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys writing and playing music. Most of all, Rabbi Fein enjoys spending time with his wife Rachel and their three proud BMA children, Ayelet, Leba and Gavriel.
