Nili Davis, L.C.S.W, will be joining the Middle School Team as Director of Student Development. Nili comes to BMA with years of experience in school administration and counseling. Her focus will be on guiding our students through the important middle school years through proactive educational programming, individualized guidance, advisory, and socio-emotional well-being.
Nili has a Master’s Degree in Social Work, from Wurzweiler School of Social Work (Yeshiva University) and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. She has experience working with children with various learning needs in both the academic and medical settings. Most recently, Nili was a Middle School Counselor at Scheck Hillel Community School in North Miami Beach, Florida. Nili believes that when working with a student, it is best to look at the ‘whole child’. Understanding children academically, socially, emotionally, behaviorally, and spiritually are all equally important in guiding their development. She loves working with middle school age children as she enjoys helping them become their best selves, during a time that can be very challenging to maneuver. Nili and her husband, Judge Michael Davis, and their two children Jacob (Pre-K) and Mia (1st) will be joining the BMA family this summer.
