Lauren Segelbaum is BMA’s Assistant Principal for Kindergarten – 8th grade General and Judaic Studies. Lauren started at BMA in 2014 as a Learning Specialist for our Middle School students and advanced to Academic Support Coordinator in 2015. Over the last three years, Lauren has worked closely with our Principals to create a stellar General and Judaic studies program, coordinated all student academic support, managed our school-wide MAP testing, and coordinated faculty and staff development and in-service. In the Spring, Lauren successfully managed the re-accreditation process which resulted in a full re-accreditation for BMA. Lauren has a masters degree from Touro College in School Administration and Supervision, and before her time at BMA Lauren worked as a Program Director for a Special Education Program at Kulanu Academy in New York.
